Lu Jong - Yoga Tibetano

Drawn from ancient Tibetan traditions, Lu Jong literally means the “transformation” (Jong) of the “body” (Lu). Through a series of movements and postures, this practice works deeply, harmonizing physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Good to know Lu Jong is a moving meditation that purifies the five elements (space, earth, wind, fire, water) within the body. At the heart of this technique is the revitalization and rebalancing of the spine and the body’s vital channels. A practice that sharpens the senses and enhances presence, allowing us to reconnect with reality.
Kalaripayattu
The martial art that unites vital energy, grace, and awareness
Kalaripayattu is an ancient martial art originating in Kerala, southern India. Deeply rooted in Indian culture, this discipline goes beyond combat: it is a true journey of physical and spiritual growth. Solvana Studio offers a workout that combines fluid movements, forms, dynamic positions (animal postures), and breathing techniques. Movement Flow
The movement that combines breath, energy and freedom of expression
Movement Flow is a free and fluid movement practice combining elements of Breathwork, Kalaripayattu, and Yoga, which stimulates inner listening. Through different dynamics and guided imagery, you learn to use weight, counterforces, and momentum to move with greater freedom, pleasure, and expression. Good to know The class promotes flexibility, stability, focus, muscle tone, and presence, with the aim of letting go of old mental patterns and rediscovering the pleasure of movement with energy, style, and creativity.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.
Payment to be made via TWINT or cash
During the Ticino school holidays, no lessons are held.
You can start a course at any time during the term, with a fee adjustment.
Missed lessons can be made up within the following two weeks; otherwise, they remain due.
In the event of prolonged absence due to illness or injury (at least 2 consecutive weeks), the situation will be assessed individually.
If possible, classes will be postponed until the end of the term; non-refundable classes can only be reimbursed upon presentation of a medical certificate.
