About

Solvana
Solvana was born from Annekatrin Trautmann's inner journey: an invitation to Dance your life with authenticity, grounding, and presence. Creative and joyful, Annekatrin combines sensitivity and concreteness. Passionate about physical theater, improvisation, dance, and profound body practices, she brings to her work an energy capable of connecting the inner world to everyday reality and relationships with others.
The body in motion is the guiding thread of her research.
The body in movement—in the broadest sense—is at the heart of Annekatrin's professional journey. She studied the theoretical and philosophical approach to the body in performing arts at the University of Hildesheim and specialized in Physical Theatre with a Master of Fine Arts from the Accademia Dimitri. Her research focuses on theatrical improvisation according to Jean-Martin Roy. Annekatrin takes these techniques and skills beyond the stage, sensitively adapting them to educational and therapeutic contexts, working with adults, children, and third-graders. Her exploration has led her to practices that awaken the heart and vital energy: Kalaripayattu —a martial art from South India; Klein Technique —a dance technique and postural education; Kristin Linklater's Natural Voice; Auratherapy; and Lu Jong —Tibetan healing yoga transmitted by the lineage of Tulku Lama Lobsang , of which she is a certified teacher.
Today , through Solvana Studio , Annekatrin offers individual psycho-physical paths and in-person meetings, accompanying those who wish on paths of transformation, grounding and alignment in the continuous movement of life.
